Quality Control & Assurance

TRC demands quality from raw material suppliers, throughout production, to final shipment. Stringent QC checklist and SOP’s are followed based on Good Manufacturing Practices in accordance with the new proposed FDA – DESHA requirements of a supplement manufacture.

• All incoming raw materials are quarantined immediately upon receipt
• Analytical FTIR fingerprinting and sampling of raw materials
• Triple-Redundancy QA Validation of every formulation to confirm ingredient accuracy
• Conducting in-process inspections throughout manufacturing: We monitor fill-weight, hardness, thickness, disintegration and friability, viscosity, pH, taste and more
• Testing for full compliance verification per batch
• Visually inspecting every finished unit
• Finished goods are quarantined until QC Chemists complete a final quality control review
• Retaining production samples of each batch for stability testing and future reference
